Probably one of the most frequent support requests we get is for members wanting us to send them their login credentials for our various sites.
You can resolve this much quicker than contacting support
On all of our sites, on the login page, right underneath the login form, you will find a link with the wording:
Forgot Password
Clicking on this link will take you to a page where you have to enter the email address you used to create your account.
If our system finds your email address in the database, your login information will be sent to that address.
This is so much faster than asking support to look up your login information and it saves everyone a bunch of time.
